Lock down makes you do strange things

It is a real pain not being able to get to my wood supplier and who knows how long it will be before I can get to browse through the timber. So I decided to use up some old maple, beech and walnut and make a 6 string lap steel guitar!! Not quite what I usually do but I thought it may be a fun thing to do.

Using some maple for the body, beech for the face, walnut for the fret board, red and green resin for the inlay (never done that before but it works quite well), wrap round bridge and saddle, homemade high metal nut and string brace, standard tuners, Gretsch pickup and a single volume control.
